Excellent and beautiful apartment, it has views of the lake.

It was reasonably spacious, fairly clean and beautiful apartment very close to foreign embassies, the flower market and the center. Room was extremely spacious for us where the telephone did n't work. We really enjoyed the venue and its good and stunning setting.

The staff was really polite and exceptionally kind, good service at the same time. It had very comfy bed, views over the lake. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were a bonus.

The setting was perfect and convenient. They were absolutely kind, and we had a wonderful stay for family vacation.

Oh, that slightly "worn in" couch was just riveting. Really added character to my stay.

i loved the place, it was typical and fairly clean and had secure location really close to west lake in convenient, upscale western restaurants, vietnam. all personal was efficient at all times. during the stay everything was perfect and i got wake up calls as a compliment. breakfast was savoury and satisfactory with lots of food.

All the facilities were great, and if you need there's free parking on site.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a beautiful lake with stunning views. It was nice to sleep a bit out of town for a quieter environment but not too far when I wanted to enjoy the craziness of the Old Quarter. The room was enormous and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service from the staff was exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great selection and I especially enjoyed the fresh options. it was interesting to find Japanese food in the restaurant in Old Town.

The limited playground facilities for families, could use some updating.

We truly enjoyed early check-in too. Stayed in huge room where the telephone did n't work. Got a tasty and marvellous breakfast, the food was great. The staff was pleasant and welcoming with a good service...

A nice cozy place with 5-star services, beautiful nature, and plenty of facilities to keep the family entertained. Loved the special breakfast basket delivery on Sundays and holidays.

Just loved the old apartments and longer commute due to Hanoi traffic. So much fun!

We stayed at a family room in Diamond Westlake Suites for 7 hours before our flight. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. We were impressed with the clean pool, nice surroundings, and convenient location near minimarts, coffee shops, and restaurants. The hotel was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our short stay.

Spacious rooms with good amenities and comfortable beds. Convenient location near a lively street with many restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the large pool for relaxation and swimming.

Constant drilling noise in the apartment block was extremely annoying and not at all relaxing. The pool had mold and insect larvae, which made it unappealing for swimming.

Spacious and well-furnished apartments, perfect for families or larger groups.

Lingering smell of cleaning agents or off-gassing from the wooden floors, which caused headaches.
